Sallisaw Cross-Country and Track
Sallisaw High School's Cross Country & Track program cultivates competitive spirit and athletic excellence from grades 5th through 12th. The Black Diamond teams consistently shine at regional meets and regularly send individual athletes and relay squads to the Class 4A state championships each spring. With a history of state placers and champions in both boys’ and girls’ events, the program builds character, endurance, and teamwork through year-round training, clinics, and community support.
