Tracy Baker graduated from Sallisaw High School in 1983. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree and Masters of Science Degree from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She has 15 years of educational experience.

Tracy is married to Randall Baker who is a teacher at Roland Public Schools. Tracy And Randall have 3 daughters; Kylie 18, Kelsie 15, and Kalyn 10
