Randall Baker graduated from Muldrow High School in 1986. He received his Bachelors in Education as well as a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Mr. Baker has taught all subjects in 4th through 7th grades before accepting the Principal’s position. He has lived his adult life in Sallisaw and been the principal at Liberty Elementary School for the past four years. His wife, Tracy, is the assistant principal at Tommie Spear Middle School. They have three wonderful daughters, Kylie, Kelsie, and Kalyn. Mr. Baker is also a fireman with the Sallisaw Fire Department. Mr. Baker believes a solid foundation for learning must be established for students from their first moments in school. His students are learning to use their heads, hearts, and hands to be good citizens now and in the future by thinking positive, feeling positive, and acting positive.
