Robert Luttmer graduated from Sallisaw High School in 1999. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, in December 2003 and returned to obtain his Teacher Certification in December 2005. His first teaching job after graduation was at Choctaw Junior High School in Choctaw where he taught 9th grade Honors Biology 1 and 7th grade Life Science for one semester. His next teaching job was at Fort Gibson where he taught for two years as the Biology 1 and Environmental Science teacher along with being a varsity football coach and track coach. He joined the faculty at Sallisaw in 2008. Robert teaches Pre-AP Chemistry 1 and Biology 1 at Sallisaw High School and he is also a varsity football coach. Robert is married to Jennifer Luttmer who is a second grade teacher at Liberty Elementary in Sallisaw.
