1. Fill out the application for General Educational Development Testing
(GED)
2. The application must be in blue or black ink and legible.
3. A valid state or government photo I.D. of applicant must be attached
to application.
4. A Class and Test Agreement must be attached if the applicant is less
than 18 years of age.
5. Mail the completed application to the Sallisaw Learning Center for
the Directors signature
I will mail the application to the SDE for a testing authorization,
when I receive the applicants authorization I will mail a copy of the
authorization plus a letter with instructions to schedule a test time
and date.
